At Luxury Auto Sell, we stand behind the quality of our auto marketing and digital design services. This Refund Policy outlines the terms under which refunds may be issued for our professional services.

1. Digital Services Are Final

All services provided by Luxury Auto Sell are digital in nature and customized to your specific vehicle and brand requirements. Due to the personalized and non-tangible nature of our work, all sales are final once delivery has been completed.

2. Revisions & Satisfaction Guarantee

We include up to two rounds of minor revisions per project to ensure your complete satisfaction. If you’re not happy with the initial delivery, please notify us within 3 business days, and we will refine the work at no extra cost.

3. Cancellations Before Work Begins

If you cancel your order before any work has commenced, a full refund will be issued. Once creative work begins (including consultation, photo editing, or design layout), the project is considered active, and refunds are no longer available.

4. No Refunds After Delivery

Upon delivery of final files (e.g., edited photos, banners, listing copy), the service is deemed complete. No refunds will be issued after delivery, as the digital assets have been created and transferred for your use.

5. Exceptions

In rare cases involving technical failure, miscommunication, or inability to deliver as promised, we may issue a partial or full refund at our sole discretion. All such requests must be submitted in writing within 5 business days of delivery.
