These Terms of Service (“Terms”) govern your use of the services provided by Luxury Auto Sell (“we,” “us,” or “our”). By engaging with our auto marketing and digital design services, you agree to be bound by these Terms. Please read them carefully.

1. Services Provided

We offer professional digital services including but not limited to:

  • Creation and optimization of online vehicle listings
  • Photo editing (retouching, color correction, cropping)
  • Design of banners, social media visuals, and marketplace assets
  • Consultations on automotive visual branding and content strategy

All deliverables are digital and customized to your specifications.

2. Client Responsibilities

You agree to:

  • Provide accurate vehicle information and high-quality source photos
  • Respond promptly to requests for feedback or clarification
  • Ensure you have the rights to any materials you provide us
  • Use our deliverables only for lawful purposes

3. Intellectual Property

Upon full payment, you receive a non-exclusive, worldwide license to use the final deliverables for your own marketing purposes. All pre-delivery drafts, concepts, and unused designs remain our property. You may not resell, redistribute, or claim authorship of our work.

4. Payment & Fees

Full payment is required before project commencement unless otherwise agreed in writing. We accept payments via approved methods listed at checkout. Late payments may result in project suspension.

5. Revisions & Delivery

We include up to two rounds of minor revisions per service. Final files are delivered electronically via email or secure link. Once delivered, the service is considered complete.

6. Limitation of Liability

Our services are provided “as is.” We do not guarantee specific sales outcomes, platform performance, or third-party algorithm behavior. Our total liability is limited to the amount paid for the service.

7. Termination

We reserve the right to terminate service if you violate these Terms, provide false information, or engage in abusive behavior. In such cases, no refund will be issued for work already performed.

8. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Missouri, USA. Any disputes will be resolved in the courts located in St. Louis County, Missouri.
